2nd50Strong was forged by Ken Kowalsky—a physical therapist, wrestling coach, and man who saw too many guys over 50 getting lost, sick, and written off. Men who lost their value and sense of self worth, and lost respect from the women in their lives.

Society tells men to retire, slow down, and stay quiet. This is a recipe for disaster that makes good men painfully fade away. Doctors are telling men that it's okay to lose strength, need medication, and feel old.

Ken couldn't stand watching this anymore. He built 2nd50Strong as a battle plan for midlife men who want to fight back physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Wrestling Coach

Ken has been a wrestling coach for youth, middle school, high school, and his state's youth national team. He enjoys pushing himself and his wrestlers to their physical, mental and emotional limits.
