He now enjoys building an amazing life with his college sweetheart.

As a father of four amazing kids, Ken knows the greatest moments in life aren’t bought. They’re built through time, leadership, and being fully present. Nothing matters more than being a great father.

Physical Therapist
With over 30 years of clinical experience, Ken has worked in every clinical setting and seen most patient diagnoses. Over 30 years in physical therapy has shown Ken one thing over and over: stronger people suffer less and live better. Strength changes everything.
Wrestling Coach
Ken has been a wrestling coach for youth, middle school, high school, and his state's youth national team. Wrestling taught him discipline, toughness, accountability, and how to keep going when things get hard.

After decades helping people rehab injuries and rebuild strength, Ken noticed something disturbing happening to men over 50.
